防爆型产品有dI和dIIBT4两种,①dI适用于煤矿非采掘工作面;②dIIBT4用于工厂,适用于环境为IIA、IIB级T1~T4组的爆炸性气体混合物。 本产品的性能符合JB/T8528-1997<普通型阀门电动装置技术条件>的规定。防爆型的性能符合GB3836.1-2000<爆炸性环境用防爆电气设备通用要求>及JB/T8529-1997<隔爆型控制箱技术条件>的规定。并经国家防爆电气产品测试中心检定,取得了防爆合格证和矿用证. 整体型电装是在Z普通型基础上派生而成,增加了不少电器和电子元件,整体普通型电气部分主要由多功能模块MK1 远程控制模块MK2 按钮盒指示灯、开度表、接触器等组成。多功能模块MK1又由相位识别器XS、接触器互锁保护器HB和直流电源DC三部分组成。远程模块MK2由四个固态继电器和三个拨码开关组成 。整体调节型电气部分由调节 模块TMK、接触器等组成。控制线为220V,50Hz(特殊订货60Hz);远程控制为DC24V.DC36V.DC127V.220V等1.

普通改成防爆控制箱
1.防爆控制箱外壳采用钢板焊接或铸铝合金或者304不锈钢压铸成型, 表面高压静电喷塑,产品整体一般采用隔爆型外壳和增安型外壳组合成的复合型结构。
2.隔爆型外壳内装元件可装防爆按钮、防爆元件、防爆信号灯、防爆转换开关及防爆仪表等防爆元件和交流接触器、热继电器、温控器及各种功能模块等普通电器元件;增安型外壳内装按钮、控制开关、仪表等均为防爆元件。
3.控制箱内部元件根据用户的要求进行排列,可实现多种功能。
4.内装元件及信号灯颜色请用户在选型时予以注明,该产品根据用户要求变化多端,订货时须提供电气线路图
5.布线方式,钢管或电缆、防爆软管均可
