1、入板、检查、出板位采用活动轮片设计，有效防止放板及接板时划伤板面

2、抗腐蚀软胶轮片采用雁形排列方式，避免板面产生辘痕
Corrosion resistance soft plastic wheel with goose-shaped arrangement is adopted to avoid leaving track on the board surface.
3、喷淋水刀设计及浸泡水盒使板面处理更均匀
Design of spraying water knife and dipping box makes more evenness treatment on the board surface.
4、水刀进水采用流量计及可调节设计，有效控制孔内成膜厚度，达到良好的棕化效果
The flowmeter is used to control the inlet flow of the water knife ,which is adjustable, to effectively control the film thickness of the
hole to achieve a good Oxide Replacement effect.
5、配高压无接触式除静电装置，可有效消除静电，不损伤板面
Equipped with high-voltage contact free static-elimination device, which can eliminate static electricity effectively without hurting
the board.

入板→酸洗→循环水洗→清水洗→碱洗→循环水洗→DI水洗→预浸→棕化→循环水洗→DI水洗→干板组合→冷却→出板
