Allgemeines General
Lieferverpflichtung für Ersatzmotoren und Ersatzteile
Bis 5 Jahre nach Auslaufen einer Reihe sind Ersatzteile lieferbar. Nach mehr als 5 Jahren gibt VEM technische Auskunft über den kompletten Motor bzw. Bauteile und liefert im Bedarfsfall Ersatzteile (wenn noch vorhanden) oder Fertigungsunterlagen für Ersatzteile.
Besldaten
Bei Beslung bzw. Anfrage sind folgende Angaben unbedingt erforderlich:

Bei einem Beslwert unter 50,00 EUR erfolgt generell Lieferung

Liegt der Wert einer Beslung von Ersatz- oder Umbauteilen unter dem Grenzwert für das Sortiment Wernigerode von 15,00 EUR und das Sortiment Thurm von 10,00 EUR, wird als Handlingpauschale die Differenz zwischen dem Beslwert und dem Grenzwert erhoben.
Lieferbedingungen
Es gelten die allgemeinen Verkaufs- und Lieferbedingungen für Erzeugnisse und Leistungen der VEM motors GmbH.
Lieferzeiten
Die Lieferzeiten sind mit dem Lieferwerk abzustimmen.
Stornierungen
Bei Stornierungen oder ?nderungen werden die Kosten nach Aufwand verrechnet.
Responsibility for the delivery of spare motors and spare parts
Spare parts available up to 5 years after phase-out of a series. After more than 5 years, VEM gives technical information about the whole motor, and components respectively and supplies, if requested, spare parts (if still available) or technical documents for manufacturing of spare parts.
Order data
For inquiry and order, the following information is in every case necessary:

For order value less than 50.00 EUR the mode of delivery will be in principle “ex work" acc. to Incoterms 2010.
If the value of an order for spares or fitting parts are under a limit price of 15.00 EUR in case of factory Wernigerode or 10.00 EUR in case of factory Thurm, we calculate for dealing the difference between order value and limit value.
Terms of delivery
The general delivery terms for products and services of VEM motors GmbH are valid.
Delivery times
The delivery time has to be confirmed by the deliverer.
Extra charges for cancellation
At cancellation our charge and expenses are charged separay.
