针对摩托车国三及以上排放标准与EPA、E-mark、CARB等的认证要求，威孚公司开发了摩托车尾气净化三效催化剂，使尾气中的CO、THC与NOX转化率达到85%以上。本技术采用铁-铬-铝合金金属蜂窝、不锈钢管子作为载体，以少量的贵金属作为主催化活性组份，使用网络涂覆技术，提高涂层与载体的牢固度，产品能满足30,000km耐久性。
According to the CN III and above Emission Standards as well as the EPA,E-mark and CARB requirements,WEIFU has developed motorcycle catalyst to convert 85% of the CO,HC and NOX in the exhaust gas.By using iron- chromium-aluminum alloy honeycomb,stainless steel pipes as the carrier,only a small quantity of precious metal is used as the main catalyst activate part.Net coated technology enhances the firmness between the coating surface and the carrier.Thus the product can meet the durability requirements for 30,000km.
