ULVACKIKO's Direct-Drive Oil-Sealed Rotary Vacuum Pumps aretheslidingvane "Gaede Type". Oil is used to lubricate therotarymechanismａnd to seal the vacuum pumping chamber,producingexcellent vacuumstability and reliability. Caution

1.	Ensuretheproper oil level and oil condition are maintainedatalltimes.
2.	Beforestopping a pump it should be vented to atmospheretoprevent theback-streaming of oil. (Contact your localsalesrepresentative forapplications assistance.)
3.	Whenoperating a pump for long time above 0.1MPa, it ispossiblethatoil mist be exhausted from the exhaust port.Installation ofOilmist trap (OMT Series) will eliminate thispotential sourceofcontamination.
4.	Oil-sealedrotary pump is not recommended forcontinuousoperation nearatmospheric pressure.
