Caution

GHD Series pumpsofferupgradedperformance over G Series pumps for manyapplications;however, thefollowing points need be consideredinitsselection:

1.	GHDSeriespumps operate over a wide range they can attain verylowultimatevacuum (10^-2 Pa) and use KF flanges whicharedesignedto achieve high vacuum. Use of high vacuum flangesisrecommendedfor best performance.
2.	GHDSeriespumps are not recommended for applications involvingtoxicorcorrosive gases. (See GCD Series).
3.	Anoil-sealed rotary pump is not recommended forcontinuousoperationnear atmospheric pressure.
