锻钢设计 Forged steel design

阀体和球芯全部采用锻钢材料，保证阀门在各种工作压力等级压力下都具有很好的强度和金属致密性。也可按用户要求采用铸件。

双重阻塞和排泄 Double obstruction and excretion

当阀门处于关闭位置时，进出口侧的阀座将阀体中腔和管线压力阻断，阀体中腔的滞留物可以通过泄放阀排泄。排泄装置具有以下机能：
 A.  通过排泄装置可以检查阀座是否发生泄漏，以防止不可见的内漏。
 B. 管线有工作压力时，阀门处于全开或全关状态，可更换阀杆处的填料。
 C. 阀门全关时，打开泄放阀，可以排泄体腔的积压和沉积物。
 D. 阀杆密封，采用PTFE自紧式填料和O型圈密封，可在任何时候更换填料。防吹出阀杆设计。阀杆由于只受扭转剪应力而不受弯曲应力，阀门启团更省力，使用更安全。
 E. 紧急辅助密封阀座，紧急密封系统可以在软密封受损，或出现紧急情况不能密封时通过向紧急密封系统注射相应的密封剂即可进行紧急密封。
