
■ 冷凝式余热回收锅炉主要是通过增加冷凝换热器和空气预热器冷凝烟气中的水蒸汽,吸收汽化潜热,降低排烟温度,减少排烟损失,使热效率达到99%。
■ 除提高热能利用率外,烟气冷凝过程中,烟气中的气体成分被冷凝水吸收或反应,使烟气中的有害气体SOX、NOX含量减少,起到净化烟气的环保作用。
■ 锅炉炉体呈圆柱形,烟道为部配置不锈钢鳍片管式空气预热器和不锈钢冷凝换热器,充分吸收了排烟的显热和烟气中水蒸汽凝结潜热。同时设置空气预热器后提高了燃烧器的助燃空气温度,使燃料充分燃烧;不锈钢材质有限的避免了烟气中水蒸汽结露后的酸性腐蚀。
■ 锅炉采用*的触摸屏电脑控制器和数码电脑控制器全自动控制,对出口蒸汽温度、压力自动调节,锅炉自动点火程序启动,配有缺水、超压、中途熄火、检漏等多种报警、联锁、保护装置,确保锅炉高效、安全、可靠运行。
■ 可增设通讯接口和打印锅炉运行参数,并可设计安装多台锅炉的计算机控制系统。
■ 锅炉体积小,重量轻,外形美观,整体出厂,运输安装方便。
■ 节约的运行费用数年内即可回收锅炉的全部投资额,有限的节约了运行成本。

※ The condensing-type waste heat recovery boiler will make the thermal efficiency reach 99% mainly through increasing the steam content in the condensed smoke of the condensing heat exchanges and the air preheaters ,absorbing the latent heat during condensing, lowering the discharged smoke temperature, and reducing losses from smoke discharge.
※ Except for increasing the thermal availability, the gaseous content in the smoke will be adsorbed by or reached with the condensed water, reducing the content of harmful gas, such as SOX, , and NOX etc., in the smoke, so as to purify the gas and protect the environment.
※ With the body shape of cylinder, and with stainless spiral blades tubular air preheater and stainless condensing heat exchanged being installed in the flue tail, the boilers can completely adsorb the sensible heat of the discharged smoke and the condensing lateen heat in steam of the smoke. Besides, with air preheaters being installed, the temperature of the combustion-supporting air of the burners is increased, making fuel completely burn. The stainless steel material can effectively avoid acid erosion after steam in the smoke condenses.
※ With advanced touth-type computer controller and digital computer controller being adopted for full automatic control, the boilers will automatically adjust the temperature and pressure of steam ad the outlet. Besides, with the automatic ignition program, and all kinds of alarming, interlocking and protection devices, such as water lack, super pressure, flameout during operation, and leakage detection etc., being installed, the boilers can be insured to operate effectively, safety and reliably.
※ Being applicable to add more telecommunications interfaces and to print the boiler running parameters. Besides, computer control system for many boilers can be designed and installed.
※ With small cubage, light weight, and beautiful appearance, the boilers are of integrated bodies at the time of leaving factory, and it is convenient for transporting and installing the boilers.

节能:与光管相比,使用了传热性能高出2倍以上的螺旋鳍片管,大小与重量减少到相同换热面积的1/2,并且使用寿命长。烟气中有大量的水蒸汽(燃料中的原子燃烧产生),水蒸汽冷凝会释放大量的凝结潜热,安装冷凝换热器和空气预热器后,排烟温度可降到度左右(普通锅炉排烟温度在200度左右)吸收了烟气中的显热和水蒸汽凝结后的潜热。锅炉的热效率提高到99%。环保:烟气中的水蒸汽冷凝结露过程中,吸收了烟气中的SOX、NOX等有害气体,排放物中的有害气体大大低于国家标准。
