该设备挤出螺杆采用德国挤出工艺优化设计，能够地适应高热敏性、流动性、熔体黏度高的物料加工，在保证塑化良好的前提下，满足高速稳定产出；
1、采用“高压容积式”管材模头，使机头具备更大的熔体压力，提高管材质量并能够保证物料更加平稳挤出
2、采用全新理念“自动精确真空定径”技术：真空与水系统分离控制，通过多级水路平衡控制系统与真空系统统一协调，确保生产过程中真空稳定、冷却水液面平稳、水流量稳定；
3、牵引机采用进口多层符合优质耐磨材质牵引带、高平整精度滚轮，牵引机驱动采用上下直连伺服电机驱动，提供精确稳定的牵引动作。
4、收卷机采用专用力矩电机，提供恒定张力收卷，保持软管无张力变形，具备自动计长功能，卷径大小可根据客户要求定制。
5、收卷机或切断机采用低惯量铝合金旋转刀臂结构配合锁定装置、切口平整光滑，可实现“连续切割、定时切割、计长切割”三种不同切割方式，切断长度可任意设定、切断次数自动计数，满足各种长度制品的切割要求，保证产品切割平整、无毛刺。

1. The "high pressure volume" pipe die is used to make the die have greater melt pressure, improve the quality of pipe and ensure the smooth extrusion of materials
2. The new concept of "automatic precise vacuum sizing" technology is adopted: the vacuum and water system are separated and controlled, and the multi-stage water balance control system and the vacuum system are unified and coordinated to ensure the vacuum stability, cooling water level stability and water flow stability in the production process;
3. The traction machine adopts imported multi-layer high-quality wear-resistant material traction belt and high leveling precision roller. The traction machine is driven by upper and lower direct connected servo motor to provide accurate and stable traction action.
4. The winder adopts special torque motor to provide constant tension for winding and keep the hose free of tension deformation. It has the function of automatic length counting. The winding diameter can be customized according to customer requirements.
5. The winding machine or cutting machine adopts low inertia aluminum alloy rotary knife arm structure with locking device, and the incision is flat and smooth. It can realize three different cutting modes of "continuous cutting, timing cutting and length counting cutting". The cutting length can be set arbitrarily and the cutting times can be automatically counted to meet the cutting requirements of various lengths of products, so as to ensure smooth cutting and no burr.
