主要技术特点：
GF系列塑料管材生产线主要用于生产农用给排水、建筑给排水、电力电缆线缆铺设等方面的各种管径、壁厚的塑料PVC管材。该机组由锥形(平行)双螺杆挤出机、真空定型台、牵引机、切割机、翻料架等组成。
螺杆挤出机及牵引机采用进口交流变频调速装置,真空泵及牵引电机均采用优质产品。牵引机有二爪、四爪、六爪、八爪等牵引方式。可选用锯片切割式或行星切割式,另带计长仪及增厚装置，机组性能可靠、生产效率高。
本公司可以根据用户的要求，配备专用装置后生产内壁螺旋管、内壁空心管和芯层发泡管机组更换挤出机，可以生产PP、PE、 ABS、 及PPR、PEX、硅芯管等其它物料管材。
行星切割机采用全自动电脑数控，具有操作方便， 性能可靠等优点,达到水平。
