◆ Product Introduction

该机主要用于电线、光缆生产过程中在铝（钢）平滑带纵包时起到搭接的粘结作用以及光缆形成阻水环的作用。

This machine mainly has the bonding function of connection for aluminium (steel) smooth strap longitudinal lapping and of forming water blocking ring by optical cable during the production process of cable and optical cable.

◆胶箱采用格栅型铝合金铸造，保证了的熔胶面积及流量，使热效率达到状态；

◆ The plastic box is casted with grid-type aluminium alloy to ensure the most efficient melt adhesive area and flow to make the thermal efficiency achieve the best state;

◆可变速齿轮泵，出胶量由齿轮减速调速电机控制；

◆ For variable - speed gear pump, the adhesive, the serlant volume is controlled by gear slowdown speed regulation motor;

◆回流减压阀具有流量控制及压力保护安全的作用；

◆ Back-flow reducing valve has the function of flow control and pressure protection security;

◆所有加热器件都设有单独的温度控制系统,并设有超温保护及报警功能；

◆ All heating elements are equipped with separate temperature control system and set with excess temperature protection and alarm function;

◆加热软管采用耐高温、高压材料制成，外层包履绝缘隔热材料，工作寿命更长；

◆ Heating hose is made using heat-resistant and high pressure resistant meatrials. The outer layer covers insulation and heat protection materials with longer working service life;

◆喷胶枪设计制作精密、工作寿命长、气开关控制、反应速度快、点状纵向连续喷胶（焊缝）条状横向间隔喷胶（阻水环）、新型的设计、体积小、重量轻、稳定性及可靠性好。
