    用途与特点：Application and features:

　 1、本系列产品使用的强磁滚筒，用优质稀土合金钕铁硼，并用特殊的制作方法制作而成。具有超高磁场强度、高磁场梯度。磁量可根据客户要求制作1-10辊。（滚筒技术参数参见附表1）

    2、高强度超薄型传送、分选胶带。磁辊受传送带保护，无磨损，不易退磁。
    3、独立设计入料系统，给料均匀，控制自如。简单使用的自重式平胶带张紧、纠偏机械装置。
    4、采用了新型轴向串极对斥磁系结构，磁辊表面磁感应强度与电磁感应辊相比磁场梯度高3-4倍。
    5、物料不阻塞，入选料度可达50mm，分选效率高。安装、维修及生产运行费用低，操作简便。
    用途：主要应用于细粒弱磁性矿物（锡矿石、锰矿等）抛尾或精选提纯；非金属矿物（红柱石、硅线石、蓝晶石、石榴石、长石、石英、金红石、浩英石、刚玉、金刚石等）原料及产品的精制加工；去除各种磨料产品、催化剂及其他物料中的弱磁性有害杂质。
