l 每个工位之间有气动密封门隔离，防止清漂洗工位间相互干扰
l 低压和高压喷淋系统，清洗及漂洗为独立循环系统，储水箱为两个独立的箱体，清洗和漂洗工作时循环水分别回流到各自储液箱内
l 清漂洗液分别由电加热器加热，采用PID数显温控表控制，工艺温度可分别自行设定，自动恒温。油水分离与多级循环过滤系统
l 采用热风循环烘干系统，热风恒温控制，可设定烘干所需温度
l 整机运行及逻辑互锁由PLC控制，采用触摸屏监控及控制操作
l 无级变速加电子调速传动系统，让设备操作更方便，随时可根据需要改变工件传输速度
