工艺方式：隔热型材坯料→开齿(或开齿带穿条)
该机是提高隔热条与铝合金组合型材剪切力的关键设备。通过高速运转开齿刀，
将铝型材穿隔热条的槽口部进行开齿。
特点：开齿刀上下调节(0-250mm)，左右调节(0-125mm)，开齿刀下面滚轮上
下调节(0-50mm)。
Technological mode: Thermal barrier profiles blanks →Teeth making(or both teeth
making and strip insertion).
Knurling machine is the key equipment to increase shearing force of the combined
profiles of thermal barrier strips and aluminum alloy. The high-speed teeth maker
makes teeth at the notches of aluminum alloy profiles where thermal barrier strips
are inserted.
Features: Opening tooth knife(teeth making roller) is up-down (0-250mm)ａnd left
right (0-125mm) adjustable, roller under opening tooth knife is up-down (0-50mm)
ａnd left-right (0-125mm) adjustable.
