日本DENSIMATIC自动整纬机是在加工纺织物、编织物、毛巾等布料时，通过电脑控制，自动检测纬纱的倾斜角度及方向，并进行自动矫正的设备。采用了兼具波纹检测与缩放式细缝检测两种检测功能的双模式检测方式。自动操作，自动检测出加工速度，根据布料纬斜角度，方向，通过电脑PID控制，自动进行最合适的斜形和弧形纬斜矫正。

操作屏

采用操作性良好的触摸屏。色彩鲜艳易观察的大画面TFT液晶显示器可直观显示织物的纬纱变形及矫正状态。增设了实时表现纬纱变形及履历表示的新功能。追加了按产品编号设定，管理织物密度与张力等矫正条件的编号登记功能及通过简单的自检就能断定故障部位的故障判断功能。
