该机是我公司消化﹑吸收造纸设备生产商-“VOith"和“Ahlstrom"公司技公司技术的基础上研制开发出的一种新型多级浮选脱墨设备,该设备通过新型特殊结构的级间分离装置,形成层次分明的多级浮选, 防止了不同浮选区间的浆料混合,而空气的分散及与浆料的混合是靠特殊新型无堵塞和高效空气分散乳化器组合完成的,该装置结构使纸浆自上而下和空气混合,形成的逆流浮选,空气泡在设备内多次被重复利用,由于浆料中充足的空气流使整个浮选脱墨效率,浮选前后白度变化大、亮度高、浓耗极低、纤维流失少,排除油墨的浓度高(可达1.5-6%),操作控制简单等显著优点。部分含量弥补国内技术空白,是浮选脱墨的新型选择设备。
二、用途
该设备适用于各种国内(激光印刷、静电复印)的办公废纸、废报纸及国外(如:37﹟美废、日废、欧废)等废纸的浮选脱墨,能够有效去除广谱范围(5-550um)油墨颗粒、NCR胶囊、填料、轻质塑料和其他憎水性物质等。
三﹑主要结构工作原理
本设备为全封闭结构,主要由进浆总管、射流充气系统、浮选槽体﹑级间分离机构、喷浆嘴、高效空气分散乳化器、高压消泡系统油墨排放装置、液位稳浆箱等组成。
本机浮选槽体分为一段浮选脱墨区系统和二段浮选脱墨系统组成,内可设4-6级浮选脱墨单元区,一段浮选脱墨区系统目的是:极大程度的去除油墨、胶粘物等杂质。二段浮选脱墨区系统则是在极大去除油墨等杂质避免恶性循环的同时主要回收纤维。
其工作原理是:浆料首先通过一段浮选脱墨区系统的1级浮选单元。即:一段泵在:0.05—0.09Mpa极低的进浆压力下进入微湍流空气混合系统,未脱墨的浆料在首混合系统内被带入高达:40-50%空气流后被分散成直径大小不同的浮选气泡与浆料完成首阶段的充分混合后,油墨从导流系统上浮;混合空气后的浆料则继续进入第二阶段的空气分散乳化系统-空气和浆料再次充分混合,油墨继续从导流系统上浮;浆料自上而下依次类推,载有油墨颗粒、NCR胶囊、填料、轻质塑料的空气泡在浆料的微湍流下,油墨则很容易迅速上浮至液面,排出后油墨则进入空气消泡系统,油墨在消泡池中消泡后,良浆被泵抽送至二段浮选脱墨系统进行二次残余油墨脱出和纤维分离,回收后良浆回到一段浮选脱墨区系统前的浆池,油墨等杂质则消泡后直接排放掉,由于油墨浓度高可进入锅炉加煤焚烧,极大节省了环保成本!
四、主要优点
1. 浮选脱墨效率高
(1).不同于传统浮选脱墨槽单次射流进气具有:新型无堵塞次微湍流系统带来高达65%以上的空气流保证了足够的空气量混合使得油墨等杂质有充足的气泡来混合-粘附-浮选使浮选气泡量从源头上有空气保证。  
(2). 技术的多盘空气分散乳化器,柔和均匀的将空气泡和浆料多次混合、匀质、均匀分散,气泡细腻均匀,优良合理的油墨导流系统使得油墨更加利于迅速上浮。
(3).该浮选槽不同于传统MAC浮选脱墨槽单元浮选结构,浮选区之间不会产生区间浆料混合的问题,使得各浮选区之间不受影响,区和区之间有着极其明显的油墨去除和白度变化。
(3). 该浮选槽内由于通气元件和喷浆嘴离液面较浅行程很短所以大量气泡产生后带着油墨被迅速被浮出,能够有效有效去除广谱范围(5-550um)油墨颗粒、NCR胶囊、填料、轻质塑料和其他憎水性物质等。所以在实际生产中也可以根据废纸质量的好、差及生产的产品档次可灵活开5个浮选脱墨单元区的3-5个都可以。
单台CXLF型浮选脱墨槽的浮选效率相当于2台ECO式浮选脱墨槽或代替3台传MAC全封闭浮选脱墨槽。
2.纤维流小
(1). 该浮选槽体分为一段浮选脱墨区系统和二段浮选脱墨系统组成,内可设4-6级浮选脱墨单元区。一段浮选脱墨区系统目的是:在不计较纤维流失的情况下极大程度的去除油墨等杂质。二段浮选脱墨区系统则是在极大去除油墨避免恶性循环的同时主要回收良浆,因此纤维流失极低。这是其他种类浮选脱墨所没有的结构,新颖浮选结构保证了成品脱墨浆的高得率。
3.动力消耗低
(1)由于该浮选槽的二段湍流系统射流器及易于观察的半封闭结构使得进浆压力只有:0.05—0.09Mpa,动力仅为传统MAC全封闭浮选脱墨槽1/10和ECO卧式浮选浮选脱墨槽的1/5,动力消耗低,极大的降低效去除广谱范围(5-550um)油墨颗粒、NCR胶囊、填料、轻质塑料和其他憎水性物质等。
了脱墨浆的生产成本。
4.操作和自动控制简单
(1).新型无堵塞微湍流系统能带入高达65%可将空气带入浆中并能将空气分散成合适直径的浮选气泡与纸浆混合,只须简单调整即可达到合理状态,可随时开车或停车,而不会影响出浆质量,而且能够通过肉眼随时观察各段浮选区的油墨浮选情况及白度变化。
(2).空气微湍流分散乳化系统运行稳定操作简单,浮选槽间的的组合合理,液位控制简单、稳定,生产能力变幅大。
五、主要性能
1.      浮选后的浆料白度高,亮度好。
CXLF型浮选设备在浆浓度1.4%时浮选效率(以白度提高为准)可以与通常的浮选设备在浆浓1.0%时相媲美,脱墨后浆料的亮度比通常的浮选设备要高出2-4度。
         2.可调节空气与浆料的比例,相对缓和丰富的空气流能能有效去除广谱范围(5-550um)油墨颗粒、NCR胶囊、填料、轻质塑料和其他憎水性物质等,尤其是国内外办公废纸及画报的中、大型片状油墨颗粒胶粘物效果尤佳。
3.正常操作过程中,无需清洗,没有喷水管,不需耗用清水,浮选槽内始终充满浆料和泡沫。

六﹑操作
开机:
1.     一次开车前,向浮选脱墨槽注水至视窗并调整浮选前浆池浓度在:0.8-1.3%。
2.     关闭射流器进水阀门,打开射流器进气阀门和油墨收集槽喷淋水阀门。
3.     依次开启空气分散乳化系统主机、搅拌电机、1级进浆泵。
4.     调节各级进浆阀门,使各级进浆压力达到:0.05—0.09Mpa.
5.     调整槽体液位控制液位在无良浆流失前提下尽量排油墨之排放量max
6.     启动二段浮选脱墨区进浆泵,控制槽体液位使排出的油墨浓度越高,流失的纤维越少。      
停机:
1. 停一段浮选脱墨1级进浆泵、空气分散乳化系统主机、搅拌电机及二段浮选脱墨区浆泵。
2. 打开射流器进水阀门,清水冲洗射流器内2-3分钟后,关闭进水阀门和油墨区喷淋水阀门。
长期停机:
1.     必须将设备定期清洗,关闭所有浆泵及水阀。
2.     用水来运行脱墨槽,直到浆料悬浮液被水代替。
3. 排空系统并清洗槽体积垢。
4. 通过入人孔清除槽体内充气元件的积垢。
安全事项:
             在维护和修理工作之前,要保证脱墨槽上下浆泵等设备电机电源切断,特别在进入槽体内,必须打开所有人孔盖,务必保证设备和所有浆管已排空和泄压,采取适当的安全措施以防止在曲面的池底滑到。还要向脱墨槽内提供充足的空气,因槽体内残留的化学品和腐浆会产生有害气体,这些有害气体会沉积在底部,因为它比空气重,故进人必需注意安全防护措施!

本设备节省占地空间:系统简单,自成一体。只需配备少量输浆和排渣管道即可。
