机床用途 Machine Applications

　　YA3115型滚齿机用于加工3模数以下的直齿和斜齿圆柱齿轮（超规格使用可用于3.5模数），以及蜗轮的加工。
　　本机床zui少加工齿数为3齿的圆柱齿轮，故特别适用于电动工具行业，也适用于缝纫机工业，仪表制造工业以及各种机械行业小批和批量生产的齿轮加工。
　　本机床滚刀主轴轴向调整量可达40毫米，延长*的使用寿命。
　　本机床采用手动径向调节，轴向自动进给，当齿轮切削完成后自动停车。

　　YA3115 gear hobbing machine is designed for straight toothed spur gear less than three modules and helical-spur gear hobbing, worm gear can be processed as well. This machine is for at least 3 tooth spur gears hobbing, especially suitable for small batch and mass production of gear in electric tool industry and sewing machine industry, instrument manufacturing industry and all kinds of mechanical industry.
　　The axial adjustment of the hob spindle can reach up to 40mm to extend its using life.
　　The machine adopts hand radial adjustment, axial auto feeding, it will stop automatically after hobbing.
