QDX/QX型潜水泵（以下简称电泵），  由水泵、密封、电动机三部分组成。电泵内配保护装置，电动机位于电泵上部，为单相或三相异步电动机，水泵位于电动机下部，为离心式叶轮，蜗壳结构，水泵与电动机之间采用双端面机械密封，各固定止口密封处采用“O”形耐油橡胶密封作静密封。

QDX/QX Submersible Pump
The electric pump is composed of three parts: water pump with centrifugal impellers and volute structure, mechanical seal and a three-phase asynchronous motor. The water pump is installed at bottom of the electric pump; the motor is set at upper of the electric pump; the mechanical seal with double terminal face is between the water pump and motor. “O” rings are applied in all static joints of the electric pump.

主要用途：
该系列电泵由于体积小、重量轻、特别适合广大农村井下抽水、农田灌溉，养殖业增氧给排水，园林浇喷及旅馆、食堂、高层建筑等场所供水之用。

Applications:

The electric pump has small bulk and light weight, which is widely applied to pump water from deep well, farmland’s irrigation, pond’s oxygen supplying and drainage and garden and park’s spraying etc.

 电泵在下列使用条件下应能连续正常工作：
1、工作介质为无腐蚀性的清水，介质中含砂量的体积比不超过0．10％，粒度不大于0．20mm。
2、介质温度不超过40摄氏度，介质的PH值在6．5—8．5之间。
3、电泵应*浸入水中使用，潜水深度不宜超过3m,zui深不超过5m。电泵离水底0．5m以上，但不可陷入泥中。
4、电源频率为50Hz，电压单相为220V,三相为380V,电压波动范围为额定值的0．9—1．1倍。

Work Conditions:

The temperature shall not be beyond 40℃, Ph should be between 6.5-8.5.

The volume ratio of solid partial content should be within 0.1% and the size of solid partial must be below 0.2mm.

The power should be 220V （single-phase）, 330V （three-phase） and 50Hz, and voltage is allowed to fluctuate between 0.9 to 1.1 times of its rated voltage.

The pump should be fully submerged into water with submerged depth of less than 3.0m and max depth of 5.0m. The pump should be mini 0.5m over the water bottom and not inserted into.
