雕铣机操作安全注意事项

1、必须仔细阅读并充分理解本机床机械和电器使用说明书，掌握所有安全注意事项和正确使用才能操作，正确使用冷却、油液、油脂等，并按规定进行更换、添加、润滑。

Operate the machine after the operator has read the operation manual （both mechanical and electrical parts）understand all the safety notice as well as known how to operate the machine. Using the cooling devices. oill fluid and oil grase correctly, fellow the rules to replace,add lubricant the relevant parts.

2、为了操作者的安全和保护机床，本机设计有各种安全装置，不能取消安全装置进行运转。

For the safety of the operator and as well as the purpose of proterting the machine, the machine has vanones kinds of safety devices, the machine cant’t be operated if the safety devices are canceled.

3、机床运转应关闭防护门，穿戴适当劳动保护用品，防止切削和切削液等飞溅造成人员伤害。

When the machine is running, please close the protective door, and wear suitable protection clothes, in case of danger cansed by the spotting chips and fluid.

4、加工前，切实固定加工工具和刀具；使用的工具不得放置在运动的部件上，加工时必须选择适当的加工参数。

Before the process,fix the work pieces and tools tightly, do not put the tools on the moving parts, when the machine starts to run, please choese suitable machining parameters.

5、机床在自动运转时，不能进入机床的运动范围，如确实须进入机床的运动范围时，必须切断电源，或解除自动运转并确认安全状态。

When the machine is running automatically, it can’t enter the running scope the operator wants, at this circumstance, please cut off the power of cancel the antomatic mode and then confirm the secure state.

6、机床的安装和维修，必须按照本机床的使用说明书的规定，由专业人员进行，特别注意：在维修时切断电源。

The installation and repair, must fellow the rules in the operation manual, and must be done by specail repairman. Please notice cut off  the power before repair.

7、用户负责遵守本机床使用说明书和机床的安全警言规定，正确使用、安全作业、严禁取消、损坏机床上的安全警言标志。

The user must fellow the safety notice in the operation manual and in the machine body, using the machine correctly , and works safety, the safety notices in the machine body can’t be cancelled and broken.

9、进行环境保护，防止切削和切削液等飞溅、泄露，以及因此造成的伤害。
