该产品由搅拌、加热两部分组成。其中加热部分采用内热式加热套，搅拌部分采用无极调速电路，整

台仪器设计合理、外形美观、具有绝缘性好、加热快、搅拌平稳、使用安全、操作简便等优点。适用于石

油、石化、科研、大专院校等化验室液体加热搅拌。

The product is composed of mixing and heating two parts. The heating part adopts the internal heating jacket; the mixing part adopts the stepless speed adjustment circuit. The instrument has the reasonable design and beautiful appearance, together with characteristics of good insulation, fast heating, stable mixing, safe use and easy operation, etc. It is appropriate for heating and mixing of laboratory liquid of petroleum, petrochemical, science research and institution of higher education, etc.

• 预备使用：
• Preparation for use:

A.接通电源，按下电源开关，顺时针旋转调压旋钮，此时加热指示灯变亮，加热套开始工作。

A. Connect the power source, press the supply switch, and turn the voltage adjustable rotary button by clockwise, at this time the heating indicator light is brightened, and the heating jacket starts to work.

B.因玻璃纤维表面涂有油脂，开始加热时冒烟为正常。待加热套由白色变浅棕色、再变白色后，方可正式使用。

B. Since the glass fibre surface is coated by grease, the smoke at the start of heating is normal. When the heating jacket is changed from white to light brown and white once more, it can be formally used.

• 正式使用：
• Formal use:

A.开始时，将调压旋钮顺时针转到大，当温度上升到所需要求，便将调压旋钮逆时针旋转，观察加热指

示灯由亮变暗，这时电压由高变为低调到以达到所需温度为准。

A. When it is started, the voltage adjustable rotary button is turned to maximum degree by clockwise. When the temperature rises to the required level, the voltage adjustable rotary button is turned by anticlockwise, observe the heating indicator light which shall be turned from bright to dark, at this time, the voltage is adjusted from high and low level till the required temperature is reached.

B.需搅拌时，按下搅拌电源开关，此时搅拌指示灯亮，顺时针旋转调速旋钮，观察液体的搅拌转速达到理

想转速为止。

B. When it needs to be mixed, press the mixing power source switch, and the mixing indicator light is brightened, the speed adjustable rotary button is turned by clockwise, observe the mixing of liquid till the rotation speed reaches the ideal level.

• DHT型搅拌调温加热套注意事项：
• Precautions:
• 本产品具有良好的绝缘性能，但由于玻璃纤维易受潮，不用时应放在通风干燥处。
• This product has good insulation property, nevertheless, the glass fibre is easily humidified, and it shall be placed in the ventilation and dry place when it is not used.
• 加热套受潮后，不要用手直接触内套，以防触电，应缓慢升温，使其干燥后再正式使用。
• After humidification of heating jacket, the internal jacket shall not be touched by hand directly so as to prevent from electric shock; the temperature shall be increased slowly, and it shall be formally used after it is dried.
• 该仪器使用时必须良好接地，以防触电。
• The instrument must have the good grounding when it is used, so as to prevent from electrical shock.
• 受热液体放入加热套内，不要用力挤压，以免加热套受力过大而损坏。

● After the heated liquid is placed in the heating jacket, it shall not be pressed by force, so as to avoid damage of heating jacket due to over great force application.
