TZL automatic series double hole double push plate tunnel resistance furnace

用途：PTC粉料、稀土、陶瓷制品、热敏陶瓷元件、磁性材料、氧化铝、电子陶瓷等的煅烧。

特点：双孔双回转比2条单孔窑更节能（在产量相等的情况下）。

同向：对于产品的工艺没有限制，产量大。

逆向：比同向更节能（利用了一孔出料端的余热对另一孔的进料端加热），但是对产品工艺曲线图要求  比较高（工艺曲线只能比较平稳）。

使用温度：100℃—1400℃

Usage: the calcination of PTC, rare earth, ceramics, thermal ceramic components, magnetic materials, aluminum oxide, electronic ceramics and other products.

Features: double holes double circumgyration rate, 2 single kilns are more energy-saving (in the case of equal output).

Same directional: there is no limit to the process of the product with big yield. Reverse direction: it has more energy efficient than in the same direction (uses the waste heat from the discharge end of hole to heat the feed end of the other hole), but it has a relatively high require on the process graphs of product (process graphs must be relatively stable).

Operate temperature: 100 ℃~1400 ℃
