2. 采用单面双点过流焊接的原理，不伤及被焊工件的内部结构；

3.   焊接痕迹美观，火花小，无发黑（电池不会因点焊后出现凹陷、流液的现象），*克服锂电池点焊后出现低压和出水现象，是生产组装电池的理想设备；

4.   焊针的压力和两针的距离可独立调节，且调节方便，确保焊接压力稳定可靠；

5.   外形美观，轻巧；

6.   DPM-10K优点：LCD显示设置参数，更准确，直观，方便，直流输出，焊接效果更美观。

电池组制造，特种电池组装，废旧电池回收制作电池组，蓄电池标牌焊接，以及焊接各种碱性电池，镍镉电池，镍氢电池，锂离

子电池等。
