机器特点：

2、玻璃检测装置会自动检测玻璃架上玻璃存放的位置，也会检测到玻璃架上有或无 玻璃，无玻璃机器会自动复位，并作出提示。
3、玻璃架上玻璃放置厚度在 3mm-750mm 都可以 (厚度超过 750mm 可以订制)。
4、整架玻璃吸片完后，机器会自动报警提醒。吸取片玻璃后，无需关机，机 器会自动复位。
5、连续上片 ( 即吸片) 间隔时间或距离的设置，可根据客户要求客户自行设定。上 片速度和传动速度均可自行调整。
6、本机配置了智能吸片裝置，吸盘会根据玻璃大小自动开启和关闭吸盘，无需手动 操作，玻璃架上存放的玻璃，不论大小随意放置即
可，都可以快速上片。
7、机器上各种参数均可以根据实际情况作出调整。例如大块玻璃上片时 ，则可以延 长吸片时间和调整上片速度等。
8、客户可以根据需要在屏上输入取片数量，取片完成后机器会自动停止并复位。
9、系统具有智能计数功能，会自动统计出每架玻璃的吸片数量，也会统计出总吸片数量等。
10、为了方便使用，本机还增加了便携式手动遥控装置，用户可以在 800m以内操作机器暂停或启动。
11、机器出现固障时，屏上会自动提醒，指出问题，便于纠正。
12、设备运行中意外出现固障，机器会自动报警，但吸盘不会断气，确保玻璃完好无损。
