YHMK8312-10是在原简易凸轮轴磨床基础上改进开发出来的，将CBN砂轮、数控和靠模有机组合起来，能使双CBN砂轮进行强力磨削，加工效率远高于普通凸轮磨床4-5倍，工作稳定性好，操作维护简单，自动化程度较高，在国内具有地位。

采用标准的数控系统，4轴控制。

采用高刚度、高精度动静*承电主轴。

砂轮架导轨采用“静压卸荷”耐磨贴塑导轨。

采用CBN砂轮磨削，电主轴金刚石滚轮修整。

YHMK8312-10 is improved on the basis of former simple numerical control and three-coordinate camshaft grinder. It combines the profile grinding , the CBN wheel and numerical control to get high power grinding for the CBC wheel . Its processing efficiency is much higher than conventional one 4—5 times, and of better stability, easier maintenance and higher automatization, taking the lead position in Chinese market.

1. Adopt standard numerical control system, four axes control.

2. Adopt electric spindle which is supported by hydro-dynamic-static hybrid bearings with high rigidity and precision.

3. Slide for wheelhead uses wearable plastic with static pressure unloading effect.

4. Adopt CBN wheel grinding. Dressing system adopts roller diamond driven by electric spindle.
