   对柔性材料，一般是柔性防水卷材用的比较多会要求对材料的耐低温性能有较高的要求一般的材料在低温情况下会收缩和变催低温柔度是一个很好的反映材料耐寒性能的指标，所以我厂根据这一要求研发生产了全自动低温柔性试验仪，DR-5型全自动低温柔性试验仪是DR-3型电动数显的改款升级版，仪器采用不锈钢制作，*的工艺保证了温度控制精度在 ±1℃，降温速度是普通冰柜的几倍，zui低温度可达-40℃。测试仪也是采用不锈钢制作，特点：操作简单，工作效率高。仪器主机全部采用304材质不锈钢制作，动力源采用永磁低速电机驱动，双动8平行排列，可同时作正、反面各五个试样。控制器采用智能温度控制仪、数显时间继电器及相关元器件。控制器和主机相连接部分全部采用航空插头方式连接，该连接方式简单、方便、安全，并且有效的节省了仪器的使用空间。

仪器技术指标：

1.功率：1000 ( w) 220 (v)  AC

2.试验温度：-30℃/-40℃（客户选购）。分辨率0．1℃，精度0．2％。

3.试验样品：厚度3；4；5mm;数量10个（150×25mm）

4.试验速率：360±＜40mm/分钟

5.时间设定：60分钟（1分—99小时可调）

试验步骤：Test steps

  试验的矩形试件尺寸（150±1）mm×（25±1）mm,试件从试样宽度方向上均匀的裁取,长边在卷材的纵向，试件裁取时应距边缘不少于150mm,试件应从卷材的一边开始做连续的记号，同时标记卷材的上表面和下表面。

　去除表面的任何保护膜，适宜的方法是常温下用胶带粘在上面，冷却到接近假设的冷弯温度，然后从试件上撕去胶带，另一方法是用压缩空气吹[压力约0。5Mpa(5bar),喷嘴直径约0。5mm]，假若上面的方法不能除去保护膜，用火焰烤，用zui少的时间破坏膜而不损伤试件。

　试件试验前应在（23±2）℃平板上放置至少4h,并且相互之间不能接触，也不能粘在板上。可以用硅纸垫，表面的松散颗粒用手轻轻敲打除去。
