Clearline In-Line Fluid Detector

Overview

The ClearLine level switch employs a unique sensor that mounts directly into the process piping. The sensor does not interfere with the material flow and does not contribute to plugging the way insertion type sensors do. The ClearLine is ideal for pump protection to prevent run dry damage as well as empty vessel indication。

Time Delay:
Adjustable 0-120 sec, for pump start/stop.

Fail-safe
Empty-pipe fail-safe (factory set); relay will de-energize, indicating empty pipe upon loss of power.

RFI Protection (built in):
The operating point for unit in housing is unaffected by 5W field @ 27 MHz, 150 MHz, or 450 MHz at a distance of 5 ft. from exposed sensor, cable, or power line.

Standard housings:
NEMA 1-5 and 12 Explosionproof for Class I, Groups A, B, C, D, and Class II, Groups E, F, G (Div. 1 and 2).

Optional Housing:
NEMA 4 with red and green indicating lights.
