| ◆ Super-heavy type mechanism design, with the modular type independent motor transmission structure,integrated with the motorized drive upper and bottom belt assembly,ensures to convey the paper board smooth and stable at energy saving, lower noise and few downtime, meets the requirements of energy conversation and high effiiency. ◆ The multi suction belts assembly,which each suction unit is individually adjustable,coordinating with vibrating motor,make the paper board to be fed continuously and accurately ◆ Prevision for bottom-lock accessory. ◆ The individual positioning unit enables corrugated box to be folded smooth,the unique paper aligning corrector prevents the in-correct gluing due to the paper dryness or worse creasing-line. ◆ The independent turning-belt differential correcting system is able to re-correct the paper board while paper boards are out of alignment,so to achieve the excellent quality. ◆ The integrated control system of human-computer interactive, pre-set and displaying all parameter,remote operation system, friendly operation interface,remote diagnosis system as option. ◆ The upper/bottom individual design of pressurized-paper conveying table enable to free adjust the working mode according to various products via regulating the pressure and equipped the soft sponge strip.Automatic counting and piling device as optional. ◆ The machine is mainly used for common side gluing paper box,2-folding bottom-lock of E-,B-,A-micro wave and 5-layer corrugated box,Special type of box need customized. ◆ All adjustments are executed separately via each motor.Optional memory store system,which enable to recall the relative parameters from last production data,ａnd pre-set new production parameters if need,then start to produce immediately, this is greatly helpful for a new job changeover,shorten the start-up time and improve the production effiiency.Optional special fiure memory system,just simply order the request box pattern from box shape menu on PC interface,ａnd input the related size data,all data will store in HD and will carry out the automatic adjusting program to every unit, after these data is processed automatically by PC and transferred to the central unit,this means operator could directly start to produce,but unnecessary more time on re-adjusting machine,or make slight modifiation via re-call memory text. |
