Atlas STwrench扭矩扳手

Atlas STwrench扭力扳手是一款高精度的手动力矩扳手，一般精确度可以达到0.5%以上，可用于生产，也可以用于试验，也是一款高精度的检测扳手。

STwrench扭矩扳手的使用温度一般为5-40度，扭矩测试精度0.5%（20%-99%量程下）和1%（10-20%量程下）；角度测试精度为1度（每360度）；可以存储多达5000条拧紧数据；是带电池的工具，电池输出电压为3.75v及5.2Ah，电池可以工作16小时；其测量头的扭矩大小从0-1000NM不等；测量头里面含有扭矩传感器，采用前置式传感器布置方式，传感器为双应变桥结构，扭矩计数精确不受拧紧手法和螺栓接头的影响；STwrench既然测量扭力值也能测量扭力加转角值，测量头内部是通过陀螺仪实现转角的精确测量，保证角度计数不受操作人员和手法的影响；STwrench能自动检测拐点，可以测试螺栓的残余力矩，可以存储数据及进行曲线数据分析。

Or use it for quality control to check residual torque, to perform joint analysis, including joint behaviour ａnd stiffness, to set the correct tightening parameters for production and to test the reproducibility of joint stiffness on the benches.
